Real Estate is a prime business interest of Dawan Group. We undertake small and mid-sized real estate projects and generate the maximum return-on-investment (ROI) for our shareholders. The group has already made several investments in India .We also have many more in the pipeline and looking forward to expanding our real estate portfolio.
We primarily operate in the 1,000 sq ft to 7,000 sq ft area size. We felt that there’s a need for better housing and construction for people who held smaller lands & economical Budgets . And that’s how Dawan Group’s real estate arm was formed in December / 2017

- Turnkey – You get a fully-functional property built by Dawan Group on your land
- Joint Ventures – We partner-up with the land owner and develop the property
- Independent – We undertake full responsibility of developing and selling the properties on behalf of clients
- Housing layouts & budget layout Developing :
Turnkey :Turnkey projects are the best option for people who want complete control over their land asset. Based on this approach, we take responsibility of developing a residential unit or renovating an existing one. Upon completion, we handover the property back to the owner. You have total control over it and can decide to sell at your own set price. Turkey projects are the best option for small to medium-sized land holders who want to turn to quick profit in real estate.
Joint Ventures :In Joint Ventures, the landholder can partner up with us and contribute to the development. Then, when the property gets sold, there’s a share in the profits. This reduces financial burden since there’s no need for big investment from one party.
Independent : In Independent development, land owners give us the right to develop and sell the projects on their behalf. We become the sole investor in the project and undertake everything from sourcing to selling the units. The owner gets a share from the profits based on the agreed rates. This is the best option for owners who don’t want to get involved in the building or sales process. Those living abroad but looking to profit from real estate are the best candidates for Independent Development projects. Housing layouts & budget layout Developing :
Our other services includes developing layouts, blueprints, market research, and marketing. Upon request, we offer a 3D blueprint of the property you want us to develop on your land. This allows to get a first-hand experience of what the property will look like. We also conduct a market research to predict the cost of development and selling price. Our marketing teams can market your properties both online and offline which allows us to get the best quotes.
Our spectrum of products spreads across developing exclusive housing layouts & budget layout in Karnataka in medium scale layout ; along with all required support services like documentation, management of customer’s investment portfolio, assistance and after sales support.
